A few days ago, Kirk Koenigsbauer announced on the Office.com news blog that the “New Office Reaches RTM!”
Since the published “SharePoint Server 2013 Preview” went out in July 2012, many folks already downloaded and played around with the new SharePoint 2013 
While moving forward to the general availability, this is a long awaited milestone we are reaching now and with the final step to “RTM” another great product’s next version will be launched soon!
For SharePoint 2013 this means the following:
- Volume Licensing customers with Software Assurance (SA) will be able to download SharePoint 2013 on-premise through the Volume Licensing Service Center by mid-November 2012.
- For business customers without SA, it will also be available on the Volume Licensing price list on December 1st.
- Rolling out the new capabilities to Office 365 customers will occur in the next service updates, also starting in November

Are there any dates announced for the language packs? Especially the SharePoint language packs?

currently there is only japanese, english and spanish available for Sharepoint 2013 preiview bits, (see here:
http://www.microsoft.com/…/details.aspx)
For RTM you may find more information here as well:
technet.microsoft.com/…/cc262108(v=office.15).aspx
On MSDN (msdn.microsoft.com/…/downloads) you can donwload the SPS 2013 RTM bits in other languages too.
But a specific language pack other than the preiview ones are not published yet.
As soon as RTM is out for general availability, soem more LP#s will also be published along or short after.
